Okay. I think if the Democrats get in, it will be a disaster; I also think if the Republicans get in, it will be more of the same: a disaster.
I don't have a lot of respect for Obama or Joe Biden and I've yet to hear a policy from either that will ease my concerns. Obama comes across as if it's a popularity contest rather than having workable policies that will be compatible with the rest of the world, not just for the good of America.
McCain, while I admire his service to his country, is too much of a hawk for my liking. Palin... well. She has many admirable qualities and many not so admirable - pro-life, wanting to drill ANWAR being two problems.
Let's not be coy about this; the American President is the leader of the free world and America needs a leader who will compromise, negotiate and act when necessary. McCain is too focused on America being the next Sheriff and Obama is too xenophobic, focusing on internal politics to the detriment of the rest of the world.
Should have stuck with Hiliary.
There you go, my two cents. As for the rest of the country, my old journalism tutor, Pru Goward has an editorial and then there's all this.
It's mostly news, rather than comment or slanted editorial; just the way we like it.

If you mean the 'controversy' on Palin's daughter, I agree, nut'in to do with any of us.
But I am curious about your opinion on the candidates and election at this point, (and if you would, the feeling of your countrymen and women).
Hmmm... do I dare?
